A practical 2.5 hour workshop led by artist Florence Hutchinson, exploring how to work towards abstraction through oil painting techniques.
We will use a range of tools for free-range mark making, playing with delicious textures and materiality using cold wax medium, linseed oil, structure gel and texture paste. This session will encourage experimentation, helping you play with colour, composition and the expressive possibilities of oil paint.
No experience necessary.
