Join artists and models Franchesca Cluney and Jenny Mac for an immersive drawing session inspired by Wilde Volk ritual traditions of Northern and Eastern Europe.
In this unique session, Frankie and Jenny will embody the Wilde Volk archetypes through the use of masks drawn from historical and esoteric practices. Through mask, pose, and movement, shifting between stillness and dance, figures will emerge, invoking presence, transformation, and the unseen.
Participants are invited to observe and draw as these forms unfold, capturing gesture, energy, and atmosphere. The session will be facilitated by Sooxanne Rolfe and accompanied by an evocative soundscape composed by the Spirit of Gravity, which uses field recordings from Sooxanne's visits to the ritual sites, creating a deeply immersive and sensory environment.
