This is a practical making space, where you will have time to hang out with other zinesters and crack on with the zine / collage / thing you’re already making or that you’re waiting to make.
Each session will work to a loose theme, but you’re also welcome to come and work on your own zine. Magazines, paper, scissors and glue will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own kit too. There will be a collection of zines for you to pursue for inspiration and reference.
Zine culture is DIY / DIWO based, and we will informally share knowledge, methods and techniques for designing, crafting and printing zines. There will be snacks, music and things to cut out, glue and craft.
Feel free to bring a zine / indy publication that inspires you to share. We will start the session with some introductions and a sharing of favourite zines / publications.
