Stories of Stones

Stories of Stones is a two-hour generative writing workshop exploring the quiet, enduring presence of standing stones and the stories they hold. Drawing on folklore, landscape, and the uncanny, we’ll use guided prompts and sensory exercises to unlock narratives rooted in place, memory, and deep time.
Together, we’ll wander through imagined and remembered terrains, considering what stones witness, conceal, and transmit across generations. Expect a mix of gentle structure and open creative space, with time to write, reflect, and (optionally) share.
This workshop is suitable for all levels.
